 + -1 moreCOUNTER PERSON WAS RUDE AND ALOOF. OFFERED NO SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET THE WORK DONE. THEY WOULD NOT DO TABS WHICH I NEEDED BUT AGREED TO COLLATE THEM INTO THE BINDING IF I PROVIDED. NOT MUCH TO OFFER IN CHOICES FOR BINDING. NEEDED 2 DAYS LEAD TIME. ESTIMATED ABOUT $500. I DROVE TO COPYMAX (INSIDE OFFICEMAX) AND THEY DID IT ALL WHILE I WAITED IN 90 MINUTES FOR LESS THAN HALF THE COST OF KINKO'S INCLUDING CREATING THE TABS AND LAMINATING THEM. ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. A SALES CONSULTANT SAT DOWN AND TALKED TO ME, WHEREAS AT KINKO'S THEY JUST STOOD THERE FLIPPING A PENCIL AROUND ONLY RESPONDING WITH A ''YES OR NO'' TO IDEAS THAT I FED THEM. I'D NEVER USE KINKO'S AS LONG AS COPY MAX IS IN BUSINESS.
Description of Work: CREATE 24 BOUND BOOKLETS OF 100 PAGES LAMINATE THE FIRST PAGE, INSERT 5 DIVIDER PAGES WITH TABS THAT THEY NEEDED TO PRINT, INSERT BACK COVER AND MAKE IT ALL LOOK GREAT--ALL IN ABOUT 90 MINUTES
