Terrible customer service and the sales people have no idea what they are selling, no follow through to fix their mistakes.

They have good sales, service and delivery departments. The customer service is very good and has always taken care of any problems. They were here on time for the delivery.

They did everything without whining and crying about it; they took good care of us when we found the defect and we got an upgraded pool! It was completely painless! We even got some new goodies as a "sorry for the inconvenience gift."

Watson s send someone out to review the situation and it did not look like they had any idea on what to do to fix it. I again contacted the company and spoke to the GM who assured me that they are the best installers of pools and that they will have it fixed, but that they do not have the manufacturer available to consult with. On Monday 6/12 I called and left a message for Kathy - the install manager at the store. On Tuesday I followed up again and left a message for the install manager. On Wednesday I had a call to let me know that the problems are still being worked out and that they have the install instructions from the manufacturer. When I called late the afternoon, I was informed by Kathy that the installers are on their way back because the pool is shorter then the liner. On Thursday I contacted the GM and asked for an update - he had none other then that the manufacturer did not provide the correct information and that there is a liner problem.
