I used this company in the 1990s to clean some upholstery and my carpeting and they did a great job. Then I somehow got the idea they no longer did residential (which is incorrect). I had other companies "clean" my carpet and was always disappointed. in 2022, I decided to ask if they did residential - they had never stopped! They came out and did and estimate and cleaned my carpets, including some beautiful wool carpet. They had to use the portable unit die to my condo configuration, but they did a great job. I couldn't believe how much dirt came out. The carpets dried quickly and felt soft and clean. Now, a year later, they came out again and I had perfect carpeting again. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and do a great job. I had them take away a wool rug to be cleaned, and it was beautifully cleaned, dried and wrapped for me to pick up. I plan to have them back next year for another round of carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Exclusively Yours - they will do a great job.

They were recommended by others in our condo building and were every bit as good as they were said to be. Punctual, nice, attentive to my pets neat and tidy. post clean black light inspection by me proved they did a great job.

Fabulous! I called in the morning; someone was at our house by before noon; and within a half-hour, I had two, like-new chairs.

What a great experience. Left a message and got a return call within 30 minutes. Scheduled house call for next day. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. Chair is good as new. They did it all while my wife was tied down by a sleeping baby. Wife said the guy even fixed our running toilet on the way out. HA! How awesome is that! Kudos to a true customer service win.

I needed all my carpets and area rugs cleaned prior to putting our house on the market. Jon came out and picked up the area rugs to be cleaned off site. 3 weeks later, he brought them back and cleaned all of the carpets. He and his assistant arrived on time and got the job done in less than three hours. He put my area rugs back down and put the furniture back in place. Jon did tell me certain areas were very tough and though they look much better, there were impossible stains. The only drawback was time. They could not come out to do the carpets for 3-4 weeks so if you want yours done, make the appointment in plenty of time! It is worth it.

Every contact was friendly, professional, and helpful. Professionals came on time to pick up and deliver my rug and were careful to replace all furniture as they found it and keep my home clean. I've used Exclusively Yours every couple of years to clean this carpet, and they are consistently great.

They were good at cleaning. They were good at taking out stains. They can handle carpet areas that were more subject to stains. They knew a specialist, so they drew the carpet out, and then brought it back.

We were very happy with their service. The furniture looked very nice once it was cleaned up; they did a good job but it was not cheap. They're pretty busy and it took a while for them to get out here. They were here right on time.

They are not the cheapest guys in town but they are absolutely worth it. They never try to upsell me. They are a real joy to work with. They are probably at the top of my list.
