They did a great job. Fixed the items on the punch list quickly. Only thing I would recommend is making sure you understand when you need to be there as I worked from home for a number of days thinking they would need windows open, etc. when in fact they only needed them open for one of the days.

Chad's crew did a great job of removing the old paint and sealing the peeling areas. They noticed that some wood around a couple of windows was rotting and replaced it. The deck staining comes with a return trip in 1-2 years for another coat on the horizontal surfaces. The crew showed up on time, worked full days, and were professional and respectful. Chad came by the job each day and did his own inspection. He was very picky and took pains to ensure that the job was done right. I would hire Evco again and, in fact, am considering hiring them for some interior remodeling work and painting in the fall.

With the high (18 foot) ceiling This job was too tall for us to do ourselves so we contracted Perry to do this work. The painting was completed within 1 day and for the estimated price. All of the painting came out extremely well and we are very pleased with the work that was done. Perry used high quality paints that should last for several years. The team did a great job of masking off the whole stairway to protect everything while the ceiling was being sprayed. We are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Perry and Chad came out in the worst snow storm of the season to give us a quote. They started work the following week. On prep day, they left swatches of the color we had chosen on the walls so that we could be sure we liked them on the walls - that really helped us be sure we had made the right choices. EVCO was a great company to work with, they were punctual, professional and did an outstanding job. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
