Eugene mows the lawn with great care and precision, treating it like his own. He is punctual (visits when he says he will), trustworthy and professional. He communicates very well and has called to alert me to conditions I was not aware of and if I wanted to take care of that issue. Once he took down a dead evergreen tree for me at a reasonable price and hauled away the entire tree. He always cleans up and never leaves any brush or grass behind. He performs weeding services and treats for dandelions, too. I am super pleased with his services - have used him for a year (since May 2013) for weekly lawn service. He also has done snow removal at my home since November 2012, for the last two winters. Not only does he remove the snow but he salts the sidewalks and steps. He is prompt with snow removal and he communicates very well. I give Eugene my full recommendation to anyone considering a single person (not a big company) to take care of their lawn and/or snow removal needs.
