The experience has been the exact OPPOSITE of what we expected. Our phone/internet lines were cut off from our previous provider approximately 1 week prior to our requested date, leaving us without phone and internet for almost two weeks. We were not made aware that the switch took place and we had to find a way to contact Eschelon in order to figure out what was happening, including the basics such as setting up voicemail. Our office phone lines were scheduled to be wired before the switch was made, but since they did it earlier than expected, we had to get a rush job done by the wiring company. Since then, our caller id's have been wrong, our pricing on our bills was more than quoted and our sales rep has disappeared (won't return phone calls or emails). Eschelon's main office has denied our claim that we should be let out of our contract due to our sales reps fraudulent claims, which tells me they are willing to do whatever they can to make sales. We are extremely disappointed.
