Concrete Repair
We paid for these services back in Sept. 2005. We went all winter without a railing on the back steps and I fell twice (back surgery in Dec 05) He kept blaming the wrought iron company for the 10 month delay. Then once he finally installed it he put it too close to the house, so our brand new door was hitting it. We called the same day he finished to tell him and it took him 3 weeks to take it out. (We actually was able to talk to him on the phone!) Our door is ruined and the railing is still sitting on the side not installed. The north side of the hose is still not done and the cracks are not repaired. This is terrible service especially since we have over $10000.00 of prior service. His voice mail is always full and getting a hold of him is nearly impossible. We have now hired another company to install the railing to make sure its done before winter.
