I was impressed with his desire to get down and dirty on this difficult project. Most tile installers use a float to spread grout across the tile and work it in -- Kirk used his bare hands! He sacrificed his hands to do the best job he could! Was also impressed with his desire to protect the surrounding area and carpet from getting soiled. When he noticed the protecting cardboard being used started to bleed red on the carpet he quickly cleaned the carpet and all was well.
