It was extremely stressful to have asbestos found in my lower level after flood damage. Having your house torn up is no fun. The guys from EnviroBate took away so much of that stress! They were so understanding, so professional, and so considerate of my time. The repeatedly accommodated my need to access various areas of the house in the midst of their work. They worked around multiple issues at my home and were so careful with my animals. One guy (Darin) even fixed my garage door and carried down a very heavy container of food for my animals. He also asked if their equipment would scare the animals and had me monitor the animals while he turned on various tools to make sure the animals wouldn't freak out. These guys are great and I'd highly recommend them!

Had initially contacted them about testing and was pleased when they said that since they provided abatement, they didn't do testing. Their estimate was within the range of what the state asbestos program staffer had guestimated, and about 30% less than another Angie's A-lister we consulted. They offered us a reduction in the water/power charge since we lived close to their facility. Marcus communicated well and scheduled the work as early as possible since we had a time issue. He also acted quickly to help make the manifest for the disposal of the contaminated material available for the wrecking permit application.

Great service. Worked well and quickly with our general contractor to get the job done and keep us on schedule. Price was reasonable.

Great professionalism and excellent clean up.

We were getting a new furnace installed by a different
company. The furnace installer brought in this company to do the full removal
of our old furnace and the asbestos.
The price in removal was included in with our install, so I
do not have an exact cost. Plus I don't think that really matters when you are
talking about your health and family?s health. The two men that came in to do
the job were friendly, quick and careful. They laid down fabric to protect our
floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly
recommend them to another homeowner.

Darrin was very helpful from the moment I contacted him to get a quote. He understood the work to be performed and when I mentioned that the duct work he needed to remove was under the concrete slab and wouldn't be visible, he was able to give me a quote over the phone and stuck to it. Pricing was excellent, best of all quotes I received. He was very open about the process for removing asbestos and said that he would do air sampling while performing the work. Very cooperative and willing to provide us with a certificate of insurance and copy of his license.

Each person was professional, competent and efficient. The work was completed on one day and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them for the service performed.

Jeff was quick to schedule an appointment for an estimate.  He surveyed our basement, offered some friendly advice, made his measurements, and then left.  A quote arrived via email the next day. 
We chose Enivrobate over a couple of other companies on the basis of cost and reputation.
On the day of the removal, the work crew arrived promptly at 8am.  They were quick to get started but still took time to answer my questions.  They were respectful and conscientious and did a great job.  They were also very safety-conscious.  There was some damage to a section of baseboard molding, but that was pretty minimal.
Overall, Jeff and his team did a great job, and we were quite satisfied with the work.

Arrived on time, completed job on time.  Removed a 1500lb boiler and removed some asbestos with a clean room environment.  Had all the correct equipment and cleaned up before leaving.  Would use again.

They did a fine job. I have not inspected the work but I know they showed up and did it. They were very responsive. They came out and did the estimate promptly. It was good. I would absolutely use them again.

Overall we were very happy with our service. They were prompt, polite, explained the process thoroughly, and cleaned everything up. The only hiccup was that the tech broke our toilet when removing it - but he was extremely apologetic and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We don't have any more asbestos in the house, so I won't need to use them again. But I would definitely recommend Envirobate.

The bid process was simple and Jeff answered all my questions. The work day started a little rocky. I received a telephone call when the workers were supposed to arrive, and the person asked if I was at a different address and if I was expecting remediation that day. I corrected the address and said I had expected them to be there already;  I had to leave a key because of the mixup/delay. My partner stopped by during the day and was impressed with the process. The basement looked GREAT (with the exception of a coffee mug stain on an egress window). 
I had planned to use a credit card because I saw the visa/mastercard logo listed on their Angie's list profile, but the salesperson "encouraged" me to pay with a check and generously offered to give me two additional weeks to pay. I completely understand that credit card fees are an issue; however, if the company doesn't want people to use them, they shouldn't list them as an option or adjust pricing to reflect cash vs. credit card payments.

Jeff and his crew were very courteous and professional with a great job done on the basement for an unbeatable price - $300 lower than the nearest competitor.

Jeff came out and gave me his professional opinion on the situation.  He helped me take care of the problem.  He was great.

Matt arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. I was nervous about the whole asbestos thing, but Matt was very careful and contained the whole area with plastic taped down everywhere! He worked very hard and left the area clean. I would definitely use them again if we needed any work done ( hopefully not)! I hope the company pays their employees well. Matt deserves it!

Jeff and his team did a great job. This was not an easy job for the following reasons:

• Low lit area
• Attic space that was probably in the upper 80s to work in
• Plaster ceiling below that is very fragile
• Electrical was running through the joist they needed to clear
• Old subfloor boards are not easy to work with, some of them had previously cracked

With all of the above issues to deal with the team had no problem clearing the space without damaging anything. 

Jeff, the project manager, was clear and concise in his explanations and the bid was reasonable. The team, Chris & Darrin, showed up when they said they would and finished 30 minutes before they said they would. They were efficient, polite, and very professional. When they finished the basement was spotless. A job well done!
