I hired them to replace 4 windows glass as required for the sale of my home. This included 2 windows and 2 skylights. There were issues with the glass not being delivered. I fully understand how this can happen and my only complaint was that I wasn't told immediately when the problem occured. The installation was re-scheduled but I wasn't told that this was why. The only reasons for my low marks for punctuality and professionalism were because he came out and installed the glass in the 2 windows before telling me the skylight glass had not arrived. He had written up an official letter explaining and promising implementation immediately upon arrival so the sale of the house proceeded without a problem. It just bothered me that he waiting until the other work was done before telling me there was still an issue. I can understand why because some people might get extremely upset but I would rather know all the facts immediately. It felt weird knowing that he knew of this issue the entire time he was working and talking to me but hadn't told me. But the work was then done and the work was done well and acceptable to the new home owners.
