EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL

A few days before Christmas, and Joe was already busy, but he made time on a Saturday afternoon to come out and replace an old GFI outlet. A little delayed by the previous job, but otherwise completely professional, friendly, and very competent. He showed what had happened and explained it. He gave a reasonable price for short-notice emergency service on a weekend. We would definitely hire him again.

Fixed our issues and was very knowledgable.

I called at 9am Sunday and he called back in 10 minutes. We set a time a bit later in the day. He came out at the agreed time and fixed the issue in less then 30 minutes. Was very polite and walked me through what he was doing. Was a great experience and would hire again!

Joe was Prompt, Professional and Personable! He responded right away and was out within an hour. Lucky Us! He provided some professional advice on the overall condition of the existing electrical in the duplex. He is a local guy who knows his stuff! When we need help again, he will be the person we call.

Called at 8am on a Saturday about some light switches needing replacing, left a message. Small job many probably would have passed on. He called back 10 mins later, came over a couple hours later (as he had another job) and was done within an hour (including a run to Ace for parts). Everything good as new, for $90 total. Great experience. Announces himself as the humble electrician. Highest recommendation. I have a new electrician!!

Emergency Electrical represents everything you would want in an electrical conctractor. Joe was extremely responsive, always returned our calls or answered immediately (which is extremely rare), clearly explained everything that needed to be done and was always willing to indulge our many questions. The work he performed is first rate on all levels. And his personality is wonderful. He made what we thought would be a painful process a fun and exciting endeavor. This is the second project we've done that involved Joe's services, and we can't wait for the next one. He's just so fun to have around! The work he does is as good as you'll ever find in any contractor. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Joe Dupay did some terrific troubleshooting to determine why several light fixtures in an area were not working. You could tell he was knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. It was almost fun watching him as he pinpointed the problem. He determined that two of relatively-new matching fixtures were defective and, by mere coincidence, a vintage fixture in the same area died around the same time. After seeing his skills and how efficiently he worked, I began to add to the list of requests. Before he left, he replaced a total of three light fixtures and the bath exhaust fan, repaired a vintage fixture, and added a new GFI outlet in the bathroom. He was good-natured and explained everything as he worked (without a hint of condescension). I have no reservations about recommending him to others and will definitely use him again.

On the first visit he did not fix the problem as he thought the problem was with our electric company. He asked the electric company to come out and change all the outside connections which they did. That did not solve the problem. The electrician came back and put in a temporary fix but he never came back to complete the job. We had to call another electric company to complete the repair.

Joe was recommended to us by our kitchen contractor and we were very pleased to work with him. He was thorough, fun, and did excellent work. He first visited our home to understand our project (adding recessed lighting in kitchen and living room) and help map out where the lights should go and how my husband should go about doing part of the job (climbing in the crawl space and running wires). Joe then did the actual wiring work in two other visits when the rest of our project allowed.

It was great. Joe is friendly, responsible and does very good work.

He checked out a ceiling fan for us. Joey determined that the fan was totally shot. He installed a new fan for us. He knows what he is doing and he is very reasonable. We have used his service for about 3 years. He is very friendly. I will continue to use him.

The experience was great from start to finish. I already recommend him to everyone who asks about any electrical issue.
