ELITE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS

We hired Elite Transportation Systems to transport a load of windows from Savage, MN to Medina, MN. Originally when I spoke to the receptionist Kayla, we had agreed upon a 9:00 am pick-up and for the load to be delivered by 11:00 am. Our crew arrived at the pick-up location at 8:30 am in anticipation of the scheduled pick-up time. When no driver had arrived by 9:20 am, I called to see when we could expect them. I was informed that the driver would not be there until 11:30 am. I understand that there had been snow and the road conditions were not ideal, but at a minimum, I would expect a call to inform us of the scheduling change. The 11:30 am time no longer worked from a scheduling stand point, so I was forced to cancel the entire delivery. I asked for a refund (which was given with no questions), but I felt as if they didn't really care that they had made a mistake Had they at least informed me of the delay, I would have been ok with it. The lack of communication is what really made me disappointed about their service. I would not recommend Elite Transportation for your delivery needs.
