ELECTROSTATIC PAINTING INC

When I first called and asked if they were available in the afternoons for an estimate, he said no they like to do them earlier, preferably in the morning. So I tried to schedule an early morning appointment and he said he'd have to call me back in couple of days. I waited and ended up calling him back. We agreed to meet mon. morning at 8am. I had to take an hour off work to do this. He called the friday before to ask " if we had an appointment or something, he had my name and phone number but forgot when the appointment was" He had forgotten since Tuesday. I told him monday at 8am, he said "oh that's right". Come monday morning 8am he was a no show. I waited until 8:30 and called him. He said "Oh s*** how could I have done this again? I've got it written down right here. We're loading up for the day." I told him I had to be at work by 9am, he asked me what time it was, I told him 8:30 and he said he wouldn't make it by 9. I told him thanks anyways, he didn't apologize or even seem to care. He was the most UNproffessional contractor i've ever dealt with, it just seemed as if my business was not important at all. I don't think I'd trust someone like that to do a job for me anyway.
