We have a house that is about 25 years old. All three of our bathrooms needed updating. Ryan and Zoe, owners of Edit Design Build, came in with some great ideas. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism. Ryan is an architect so all the drawings and ideas were well thought out and visual.  I really knew what each bathroom was going to look like before that phase of the project began. Zoe has a background in kitchens and bath design and knew all the best places to search for the perfect fixtures and wall colors. Both Ryan and Zoe were very attentive to all the details. I felt like they listened to my ideas and, together, we were able to create wonderful spaces.  I would certainly use them again. In fact, our front porch area needs to be updated….MMMM!!!

The remodel was flawlessly executed.  While we already had a good idea of what we wanted for design and budget, Zoe and Ryan helped to come up with some creative solutions to make the best use of a limited amount of space.  Their work was detailed and they really listened to what we wanted.  Beginning the project, we had a clear idea of what to expect and when to expect it.  The project was completed exact as outlined (5 weeks) and on budget.  Throughout the project, I periodically received messages making suggested changes to the plan.  While I thought I knew what I wanted, I trusted the team and ended up loving what they designed better than what I originally asked for.  They used good quality materials and professional subcontractors.  I came home one evening at 6:30 p.m. to find the painters still in the house...they arrived at 8 a.m.!  I had tons of questions throughout the project and the team was more than willing to answer any questions I had.  You can expect responses within hours...the communication is great.  The only thing that went awry was a small issue with my sconces.  I purchased them myself and failed to give the team the pictures.  As a result, the original electrical boxes were installed too low.  After I let Ryan know, it took them less than three days to reinstall the electrical boxes, patch the wall, repaint and install the sconces.  I cannot even tell where the original hole had been!  We love the new space and couldn't be happier.  It has definitely increased the value of the home.
