The visit went very well. I received notification, including a picture, from Edison Electric that Joe the electrician was on his way. Joe also called me with an ETA. He quickly assessed the issues, gave me quotes on several ways to deal with the problems, fixed the issues and cleaned up nicely. Joe was prompt, professional, friendly, respectful and efficient. I have hired Edison Electric in the past and will do so again in the future, should I need an electrician.

Ryan did a first-rate job and inspected my electric panel, and unfortunately advised me that I'll need to get the panel replaced - he showed me the grounding issue and that it's alluminum.

Ryan did a terrific job repairing/replacing an overhead light fixture and updating our kitchen outlets to bring them up to code. He explained everything very well, got the work done quickly and with as little disruption as possible. He also cleaned up extremely well too. A pleasure to have him in our home and get our electrical issues resolved very quickly.

Absolutely loved working with Ryan and Brandon. Both were very kind and communicative during their time in our home. They replaced multiple outlets, making them safer for our kitchen, bathroom, garage, and patio. I also appreciated the time they took to quote another project I have in mind for the future. Ryan made sure to review everything with me prior to beginning work and again afterwards. All paperwork was done electronically making everything super efficient. They wore masks and covered their shoes while in the home and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Edison Electric!

I really like how Edison has the same service people come out to do the service. We have had them out for two different reasons. We will be having them come out for rewiring our house, putting a new power mast, meter and breaker box. I have not been happier! I would recommend them very highly!

Great customer service from the time I first called to today. I was on a waitlist for a time slot ahead of my initial appointment date in October. I was amazed that they followed through on the waitlist call and were at my home working within an hour. In addition to what I requested for the work to be done, they found some other electrical work that could be done in the future, recommended some things and discussed the pros and cons of these things. They weren’t pushy or just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. This is my first time using Edison Electric - I’ll definitely use them again!

Joe and his team did a wonderful job. We upgraded from a 100 amp to a 200 amp panel. Very clean and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Everyone followed the CDC guidance for COVID-19.

I called needing non-emergency service but was hoping to get someone out sooner than later since my house is currently on the market. Over the phone, Edison was very upfront about how the business operates and it was clear from the beginning that the company cares about its reputation and performing quality work. Dyle showed up on time on the day of service. He worked with me on different options for fixing my various issues, including the more and less expensive options. He presented me a flat-rate quote up front and immediately got to work. He was efficient, clean, and professional the entire service. Very high quality work!

When new windows were installed, the electrical fixture over our kitchen sink stopped working. Joe from Edison Electric came out to fix it. He was awesome. Not only did he solve the problem for half of what I expected to pay, he went above & beyond, providing me with research on replacing a halogen under cabinet puck light with an LED option. Joe was very professional. I am definitely recommending Edison to family, friends & neighbors. Thanks, Joe!!

My experience with Ryan from Edison Electric was perfect! He was polite, explained what he was doing, quick, and completely open regarding costs and next steps. When I asked him to look at something in addition to the reason he was visiting, he took the time. We also discussed the safety check that Edison offers and I plan to schedule that this spring. Based on my experience, Edison is fair, reliable, provides great value, and will be the only company I call from now on to do any electrical work.

Edison Electric is a fantastic company. They recently did some work on our house including living room and outdoor lights. We could not be happier with the job they did. They were on time, courteous, described all work that was being done, and did not leave a mess anywhere. We will absolutely hire Edison Electric for additional electric projects again in the spring. We cannot recommend Edison Electric highly enough.

I called to schedule service, and the company was able to send someone out the next day for this repair, which was not an emergency. Dyle, the electrician, arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time. He knew the general nature of the problem, which I found hard to describe on the telephone. Once he saw the problem, he was able to fix it immediately, with parts he brought with him. He explained clearly why the problem happened, and why he thought the repair would fix the problem for a long time. He checked the circuit breakers, which were not part of the problem he was called about, and found a problem. He offered to fix this potential problem, and gave a separate price for fixing that problem. After receiving the OK, he also fixed that problem with the circuit breaker. I will use this company in the future.

We have had Ryan from Edison Electric do numerous projects on our house, including wiring and doing all the lighting for an addition, adding LED recessed lighting throughout our house, adding outlets, hanging lights, etc., Ryan and the crew at Edison are knowledgeable, professional, and always respectful of that fact that they are working in someone's home. They are responsive and punctual. I can't recommend Edison Electric highly enough. They will always be my first call for electrical work and I do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Edison Electric rocks!

Excellent. I called Edison and they had a tech to my home within an hour. Removal of the ceiling fan involved the tech (Dyle) having to go up into the attic to release a bolt. Dyle installed a new dimmer switch and electrical ceiling box and had a complex job done in 2 hours. I could never have done this by myself. This was worth every penny I paid to have a trained professional do it.

Dyle is the best. He's nice to my pets, even if they get in the way. He's very diligent with the floor protecting booties, punctual, efficient, and does nice work. I am lucky that he's been assigned to my place because I think he knows his stuff and does a good job.

I obtained quotes from several companies for various work. The quotes were similar. Edison was recommended by St. Paul Pipe Works and I went with Edison. I was very happy with their work. The electricians, Dyle, Ryan and Mike were all great. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dyle was the foreman and provided on site quotes that were easy to understand. He explained all of the proposed work. When he could, he offered the least expensive options. He went out of his way to come back to my house for a couple of visits in the days immediately following the work. I feel much safer in this home based on their work. I highly recommend them. The cost was significant but in updating this older home I have found that the costs are significant and in the end the results justify the costs.

I've used a different electrician in the past but their prices are a bit spendy. So when I went to replace my ceiling light fixture myself (easy task) and found that the existing junction box was bad, I began looking around for a lower cost option. Although Edison Electric did not have a coupon available, they were able to get out the same day to perform the work, so I went with them. The office staff was friendly. Technician was polite, professional and thorough providing me a basic option, a slight upgrade and a high cost option allowing me the option to choose what I was looking for. He was able to immediately perform the work as well as look at a different wiring issue as well. My previous electrician has been forgotten and Edison Electric has replaced them as my new go to. Thank you again for being a positive service example in an industry that oftentimes gets a bad rap!

Edison was recommended to me by my plumber. They answered promptly and scheduled a visit for the next week. Dyle arrived first and was courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He was interested in what we needed to do and where we wanted things to go, and he explained everything in a very approachable and thorough manner. He gave me separate estimates based on different things we had discussed. Joe came later to help the job finish up faster. They were both easy to have around, friendly, didn't smoke, and were considerate of my toddler. Everything works just as we wanted. I didn't mark a grade on pricing because I didn't get any other quotes. Quick, easy, and done. Would definitely use again.

The technician Joe was great!! Very professional and helpful. Unlike some other companies that didn't even return my call, Edison returned my call promptly, tried to help resolve the issue over the phone so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call, if possible.
