The experience with the agent went very well. We did not close until the end of September--he emailed us homes that matched our criteria 2-3 times a week--he worked tirelessly to help us find our home. We searched for months on end. He was knowledgeable about the foreclosures and the short sales we were looking at and helped us through the negotiating process on each of them.

We sold our home in 2 weeks. Darrell and Carol are incredibly funny, and even more helpful. They are willing to do as much or as little as you would like. They are the first Realtor that I have referred to several friends and family members. After selling our house a neighbor in our old neighborhood stopped by to say how much they liked our Realtors. It is nice to hear that from a third party.
