The entire process was great. They showed up as promised, suggested slight changes to the old job that significantly improved the look, and provided us with a very high quality patio/walkway. We used 2 different color bricks to help highlight the edges and the walkway and it looks great. This is the first thing you see when walking up to our house and it provides a much more dramatic and upscale look. We used the patio almost every day before the snow began to fall and are excited for the Springtime so we can get back outside. I was concerned that the brick might be harder to clear when it snowed but we have had no problems.

It went VERY well!!!!  John is the best.  He is great to work with.   He came to the house to give a free estimate.  He explained everything much better than the 5 or 6 other companies that also came out to give estimates.  He had great ideas as to how to fix our drainage issue.  He was by far the most helpful of anyone who I consulted with before the project began.
He and his crew completed the project in a day.  What professionals.  They are definitely hard workers and know what they are doing.  We couldn't have been happier.  We'll definitely use John for any future landscaping needs.

Turned out nice but always felt they were in a rush which caused them to make mistakes. I ha dto take time off from work to stay on top of the work and glad I did. Caught some mistakes and pointed them out to be fixed. SOme things were missed from our original discussion.
The work was very professional and clean. We are enjoying the patio a lot. A complaint that I have is that the fill in dirt that was brought over was really bad. It looks like it was scrap dirt from other sites. It is filled with construction debri and weed seeds that took off like crazy!
I would do work with them again but next time I would write down all details and get an agreement that it will be used as a check list for payment.

I was referred to Edina Landscape by two different individuals. They surpassed my expectations. They were timely, thorough, and professional. John actually sent me photos via text messages of their progress. They did a fantastic job, , and I really enjoyed working with them. Definitely recommend.

It turned out just fantastically. They were able to incorporate suggestions from my neighbors, and after checking with me made them to everybody's satisfaction.

We decided not to do the job. They were timely, punctual, and helpful. I give them high ratings and I would consider using them in the future.

John came out to give us an estimate on extending our existing patio and adding a raised stone walled flower bed. John is very friendly and knowledgable, after looking over what we wanted he had good ideas for us to consider.He then came out on the appointed day to do the work. Day One (morning) - John and his crew moved all patio furniture from existing area - Raised existing A/C so cement could be poured under it. - They then removed stones and grass from the area we wanted to have cement laid. - Old unused stone and dirt were hauled away - The area was prepped to accept concrete - Existing stones (from a the small stone garden) were saved to be used as filler for the raised flower bed - Crew straighten work area before they left Day Two (morning) - Cement was poured, leveled, scored and brushed. Day Three (afternoon) - Started building the Stone wall and Stone Raised Flower bed. Day Four (morning) - Finished building the Stone Wall and Stone Raised Flower bed. - Cleaned up work area - Raked out lawn area up of all debris (including debris which was there when they started). - Added stone, liner and dirt to flower bed - Added grass seed to area around new patio section (where it looked like grass was damaged) In four days the whole job was complete and we were enjoying our larger cement patio area.We were very pleased on how professional and friendly the crew was and how quickly the job got done. Also, since John forgot to add in the cost of adding the cap stones to the stone wall in the estimate he did not charge those to us. He indicated that he does not like haveing the customer surprised by the final bill and it was his oversight not putting it into the estimation.

Great. John was responsive, friendly, honest, and delivered a quality result on time.. I'm very happy with his work, his ethics, and the price was right.

I think he did a really good job. He gave me a lot of information regarding the care of the drive and steps. We did get a crack in our driveway, but they were out to fix that immediately. They are a bit hard to get a hold of. You have to leave messages and then wait on them to get back to you. Once they do, they do great work though! We have a lifetime warranty on this work.

I'VE USED EDINA LANDCAPE FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS (INCLUDING RETAINING WALLS, SOD, EGRESS WINDOW, LANSCAPE WORK, ETC.), AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY'LL DO. AND THEY DO IT QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLY. JOHN IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

WE ARE VERY UPSET. JOHN SPOKE OF HIMSELF AS A "CRAFTSMAN" AND LEFT OUR FRONT LOOKING WORSE THAN IF WE HAD DONE IT OURSELVES.
