Description of Work: Lubricated and adjusted entire mechanism our Howard Miller Regulator chime clock and buffed out scratch on pendulum. The clock had been stopping and losing time for a long period.

 + -1 moreHe showed up on time and did a good job performing the work. I was quoted 165.00 for an hour of work and prorated there after.He was very nice but loved to talk. When he was done I said I will write you a check. This is what threw us. He said make the check out for 170.00 because I was here for 4 minutes past the one hour.
