The experience went well. The staff was very informative and professional. Clock has run accurately ever since servicing several months ago.

He showed up on time and did a good job performing the work. I was quoted 165.00 for an hour of work and prorated there after.He was very nice but loved to talk. When he was done I said I will write you a check. This is what threw us. He said make the check out for 170.00 because I was here for 4 minutes past the one hour.

He called back promptly. We set up a time to come out. He called before he came. He oiled the clock and did some maintenance. He was very professional and explained what he was doing.

My only problem was that I had to call several times about one of my clocks before he got back with me. He does excellent work for excellent prices.
