Very polite called me right back and gave me the lowest price between 4 companies and I have used them before for the same tv and got the same results.......

I took my TV there because I had to have it repaired. At first the shop owner was very kind and assisted me because I was in a bad financial situation. I told him that I had no money right now because my husband just passed away and it would be a month or so until I can pay and pick it up. He said that was fine and he would take care of it. He said he would not charge me for storage because of my situation and just the cost of the repair. I left it there and contacted him a couple months later. I paid him the $100.00 it took to repair the TV. He said that they would be able to deliver the TV to me. He made three delivery dates by this point and I still have not gotten it. I went to his shop to talk to him about getting it and soon snapped at me and told me that he changed his mind. His tone changed completely. I asked him what it would take to get my TV and he told me that I would have to pay $275 for storage costs. I said that I could do that but I want to see the TV first. He said that it was not going to work like that and he wanted the money first.

I took my TV/DVD to the shop. They asked me to call the next day for a quote. I did and was told to call later (very unprofessional). The next day I was told the problem and given a quote. I agreed to the service. He said it would be done in a few days. They tout SAME DAY Service. I called three days later and was told it was not done. When asked what the hold up was I was told, "I don't know. You have to talk to the owner." I called everyday for a week. When my TV/DVD was finally done they didn't even call me to tell me it was done! Once I got the unit home it would not play DVDs properly. I took it back and another 10 days later I received the TV back. To this day it still doesn't work properly! And the customer service I received was awful!
