I recommend them and the guy’s name is John Eagle.  They came out promptly.  They checked if the part was under warranty which it was, and I would not have thought about that.  They only charged me for labor.  It was one of those really steamy days, and the speed and efficiency were really good.  I will use their services again in the future.

I liked everything about their service last time. They were prompt and showed up immediately. Our local utility company has a warranty program where you can save so much each month. They were supposed to come out to do the job; however, they could not come o ut for two weeks and this fellow was able to come out the same evening. He did not try to sell a new unit. I thought that I may need a new unit but he was very honest and told me that the unit need not be replaced. He told me that it just needed a small repair. He took care of things on the spot and everything worked great afterwards. I think his price was reasonable. I rate him high all over. He did an excellent repair. I plan on using him on all my air conditioner and heating related problems.

I can't recommend Jon enough. He was a great help the past year with repairs to old furnace and thermostat, fixing problems created by another company. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible (he coordinated beautifully with floor guy) and tidy.
