DUGGAN CONSTRUCTION

Very disappointed on several levels. The work took much longer to complete than estimated, then there were, and still are, serious issues with kitchen floor and front door. Vinyl flooring used in the kitchen on their recommendation does not lie flat, bubbles in dozens of areas, even after several re-visits. The new front door was not installed properly, gaps allowing for cold/hot air to get into the house. Also the paint job done on the door, both exterior and interior is very very poor.  To be fair, I never pointed out the issues with the front door as I felt, based on the experience with the floor issues, there was no point in bringing it up.
I will go elsewhere to redo the work in those two areas.
The other areas done, bathroom, living room flooring, fireplace cover, and upstairs carepting were done satisfactorily.

Jay fit my project in in a fairly short time-frame. He did an excellent job and was concerned about doing a job that looked good in addition to working well. After some problems with communication at the beginning, everything was cleared up and the work completed quickly. Communication was excellent once the work began.
