Movers were friendly and nice to work with. However scratched floors in both homes and there were bangs in door frames, didn?t bring the quoted vehicle and to go back for a second load which cost us another $100.

Disrespectful! He quoted $150 an hour for 4 men and $100 an hour for 2 men plus $70 for truck and dumpster. Clear misunderstanding in regard to payment. I asked how much is the cost to dump. He said he can't tell without seeing the junk. I said "Can I send you pictures? I know if it takes two hours I'm looking at $370. I don't want to find out when you get here it's an additional $300 to dump it." He responded "Ok we can do it for you at that price At least you will recommend us to other people someday." I replied "I will need service again and most definitely can refer others if I am satisfied with the service." I understood that to mean he was going to do it for $370. Conversation attached. I know a lot of people! He only sent 2 men, one of which was on the phone much of the time, I asked how much did I owe He said $600. I was shocked! He said he charged me the $300 for the dumping because I mentioned that amount. I said I didn't want to pay $300 more. Never recommend

Here you are criticizing the job that was done for you less cheaper than any other company could have. Let?s be honest in life and stop looking for criticism of people that did no harm to your stuff I was present at the job. Thank you"

I am beyond happy with Dud movers, they handled my furniture with care they even boxed my kitchen and other house hold stuff very carefully and gentle. I couldn’t be happy, I was afraid at first since I never used movers before. But now I am definitely calling Dud movers again and every time I move. Thank you so much. I am very happy

* 75 minutes late
* Truck was too small
* They only brought (2) two wheelers
* We had to loan them OUR moving cart
* Extremely poor loading procedure
* We asked the company prior to the move if they’d be bringing blankets and/or padding, and they confirmed it. They showed up with 2 blankets. They stacked wood on wood causing scratches. They stacked wood onto metal causing scratches
* We asked the movers repeatedly to be careful but they somehow failed to comprehend simple instructions, and they kept being rough with our belongings, continuing to slam things.
* We ultimately had to join in on the labor of moving things in order to try to protect our belongings.
The 2 movers that were present were not properly trained to move furniture. It was really odd and unbelievable. The experience was very stressful. The company never apologized for being late and showed no remorse over how the move went.
