Duall Remodel

I was somewhat nervous about picking the color, but it turned out beautifully! The edges are precise and the prep work was superb.

Our plumber called Lance to come and help trim the wood board to fit the dishwasher. Lance was quick and found easy way to adjust the wood board. After the work was done, he went around our house at my request to address some other problems. Lance gave us ideas to fix these problems. He will hire him. He was good at what he did. He is easy to work with and pleasant. The amount paid listed here ($50.00) is not correct. Angie's List require me to put an amount. Lance did not charge me since we had paid the plumber.

The work performed was part of a full kitchen remodel including new cabinets, countertop, electrical upgrade, plumbing upgrade and appliances in a home built in 1958. Lance is very easy to work with. I started with my list of items that I wanted to be completed and then prioritized the list to stay within my budget. As the home owner, I was able to save money by handling the painting tasks. He has a relationship with an electrician and plumber (rated separately) and they work well together. I managed the cabinets, countertop and appliance timelines. The project took a bit longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances - electrical and plumbing in the soffit. I plan on contacting Lance for all my repair work.

These guys are GREAT!!! I was scared to death (after hearing years of horror stories about contractors) to hire anyone! I didn't know how to even find one and I wasn't a member of Angie's List yet. I happened to see a sign in a neighbor's yard and called Lance. He came to look over the job and gave me a more than reasonable estimate. They started work on-time and always did exactly what they said they would. Lance takes A LOT of pride in his work and really went above and beyond the call of duty to make my home look wonderful. He even fixed things that weren't a part of the job just because it needed to be done! They even installed a new garbage disposal for me (since they were "putting in the sink anyway," says Lance). They were careful to be sure we could live comfortably around the construction, including dealing with the pets. The house looks WONDERFUL and I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire this company and will absolutely call them again the next time I need work done.

I was talking with some of my coworkers on the problem with my bathroom, and she gave me Lance's telephone number. She also stated, that the majority of their work is done by referrals. He came out to review the job, ask me what I would like to do, gave me various options for the job. Sent back a written quote, split into the various options the way I had requested it. After reviewing it, I called to setup a time to start the project. Between the bid and the actual start of the job, my flutter valve in my toilet tank overflowed. The water was overflowing for three hours, this caused more damage. This added to my cost of the repair, which I understand. The work was done over a three day period. Lance and his co-worker, Brian, were very professional on the job, respected my property, told me the steps they were going to do. I am having them bid some more jobs for me and I have passed their name onto my friends.
