I've used them for 20 years.  They use a dry formula instead of water to clean the carpets.  I've heard people complain that it changes the color of their carpet, but I have never experienced this problem.  He is very reasonably priced, prompt, courteous, and cleans up well.

I have been using them for a couple of years. My experience with them was positive. They used the dry cleaning process which I particularly liked. They were good, punctual and professional. They were very thorough and hardworking.

The owner's name is Tom, the product name is Host and it is a dry extraction carpet cleaning system. The product is a powder that is sprinkled on the carpet and it absorbs all the dirt and bacteria. And he vacuums up the powder with a special vacuum. I've used his company and another company with this Host product for about 12-13 yrs and I have had no problem with this product. The carpets are always very clean and he has gotten all pet stains out of my carpets. If someone tries this product to ask for them to do a test area because regular carpet cleaning companies have told me that the product might turn the carpet orange.

Tom called to let us know that he was running about 30 minutes late. He arrived when he said he would and set right to work. He works efficiently and effectively. He works on cleaning up any particular spots individually. We have had him clean for us on several occasions and find his work to be of very high quality. Our carpets look fantastic when he is finished. We like the dry process that he uses as there is no carpet drying time. (In spots there is only a trace of slight dampness). It is a pleasure to work with Tom, he is truly a man of integrity.
