Drew is experienced at handy work and knows what he is doing. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind after I had him hang a series of framed photos and had him change it all.

He was in and out quickly. The job went flawlessly.

I am a realtor so he does a lot of work for me in that sense. He is very reasonable depending on what he is doing. He does concrete work and all kinds of different levels of things so it just depends. He has worked with me for a long time so he does things a little less expensively for some of my clients. He is excellent. I have known him a long time and he has a special place in my heart. He used to be married to my daughter so I just want be really upfront and they have been divorced for many years. He is totally reliable and the thing I love most about him when he is working for me is that he always cleans up after himself which doesn't often happen. Sometimes you get a handyman in there and you get more mess when he leaves than you did when he came in. He is capable of tackling most projects and if he doesn't know quite what to do, he has a whole crew of people that he has had for years like electricians and people who are specialists in drywall and so on. So if he runs into a problem, he usually just calls them and they either come in and do that piece of the job or give him some advice. My overall experience has been excellent. We have a joke about Drew. He was brought up in North Carolina so he runs on southern time sometimes. Overall, when he says he is going to be there to do a job, he is there. When you work with handymen, sometimes flexibility means 3 days. But with him it means within an hour or two. A lot of times they are doing jobs that kind of run over and it is hard to predict sometimes.

Drew has worked with me to get my real estate listings ready to sell for about 15 years. He has also done many projects in my home installing bathroom tile, building a walkin closet, painting etc. He does a great job at a reasonable price. Why he is at the top of my list for a handyman and painter.........responsive, trustworthy, reliable and he cleans up after himself so there is no mess when I get home!

He always does such a good job about getting the jobs done and he takes care of my worries as well. He is detailed orientated. He knows what he is doing and I don't repeat myself. He will always work at the job until it is done right.
