THEY COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN ONE WEEK OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT. THE GUTTER SUBCONTRACTOR HAD TO REHANG ONE OF THE GUTTERS AND SHEARED MY GUTTER HEATER CORD, BUT DREAMLAND STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK AND DIDN'T ASK FOR SECOND HALF OF THE MONEY UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY REPLACED AND REINSTALLED MY GUTTER HEATER. RICH AND CHRIS PERSONALLY CAME OUT TO ENSURE MY SATISFACTION. THEY CHARGED ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY ESTIMATED. RICH POINTED OUT THAT I DIDN'T NEED NEW DOWNSPOUTS AND WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME A LOT OF MONEY!
