PERFECT: I CONTACTED BRAIN JOHNSON IN THE MORNING WHEN I REALIZED MY FURNACE HAD GONE OUT. HE CAME OUT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE CALL, REPLACED THE BROKEN PART. THEN RECOMMENDED REPLACING THE FURNACE BECAUSE OF OTHER ISSUES. THE FURNACE AND A/C WERE REPLACED WITHIN THE WEEK AS PROMISED. EVERYTHING IS NOW WORKING PERFECT.

Brian returned our call very promptly and was very pleasant on the phone. He came out and gave us a very reasonable bid over all ( other bids were about $2500 to $3000 over that). He started the project when he said he would and finished on time. He was very neat and removed the old furnace and air conditioner and tubing when he was finished. He was very considerate when in my home. He also said that if anything came up that I could call him day or night and he would be right out. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. My daughter and mother have also used his company and received that same great service.

Recently purchased a new home and builder was not responsive to fixes within contract. I was looking for someone who was willing to fix my issues once and for all, hassle free. I contacted Drake Mechanical and was pleasantly surprised at the quality customer service they were willing to provide. They came out within 24 hours, we went over areas of concern including leaky faucets, continuously running low quality toilets and poor water temperature. In our meeting father and son both attended and were able to quote me a very reasonable quote and were able to get the fixes done within 2 days. They ordered me new high powered toilets, readjusted faucets and finally fixed my water temperature. I have already asked for a quote on a new project - a utility sink which I hope to have up and running in a couple of days. Thank you for the great work!
