I am in a new house and discovered, after the first plow, that a using a truck was not going to work well on my driveway. I had signed a year long contract and paid half down. They were polite when I called to cancel and refunded me all but the cost of one plow. I appreciated the way they handled it.
They do not clear the snow by the mailbox so I worry about the postal person but other than that they are a great company to hire.
They are very easy to get ahold of and are very prompt when the snow falls.
Excellent customer service.
