The expereince was terrible. It was a nighmare to be treated so poorly and overcharged. The job was never fininshed, we called but received no response or assistance. We later found the men hired to do the window installation were not insured nor installed windows before. The Better Business Bureau was no help.

Steve Donnelly is the owner that we worked with. Their pricing is probably mid-range. I didn't feel like they overcharged us. I would recommend them. They worked quickly. I am satisfied with them.

After working with the sales person I told them I was going on vacation the month of May and did not want any work done while I was gone. The day I was to leave for the airport on my vacation I came home from work and found they had jumped my locked fence and put up scaffolding. Frantically I go a hold of the owner and he said he would have someone remove it the next day. The workers who came out to patch trampled my plants to the point they had to be replaced. The workers who did the redash did a great job and were very fast and neat. The trouble came when I needed some small patching done after my landscaping company chipped off some stucco off of my garage. I tried for the entire month of August to get them to call me back. The owner Jack Donnelly said he would come out and take a look but never came. Repeated calls were never returned even from the owner. Finally I asked them to call me back with the color formula so I could get another company to do the patching before winter sets in and to come in and get their sign which had been there for two months. No call and the sign is still here. They are responsive when you have a big job but will kick you to the curb if the job is small. Very bad customer service.

We couldn't actually get them to come out. I called three times and each time they said that they would swing out and take a look at the section to be patched then drop a quote in the mail. No luck.

The workmen were not there long enough for me to see them do the work. Job appears to be OK, but way overpriced.

The quality of the work completed was excellent, but my overall experience was mixed. The project manager assigned to my project quit without telling me or handing me off to someone else in the company. It took almost a month to get someone to return my calls to tell me what was going on. Once they realized my project had ''fallen through the cracks'' a new person took it over and progress was made. The company replaced my service door as a way to make up for this delay. There were problems with damage to my neighbor's garden (his garden abuts my garage) and materials not cleaned up properly, but these were taken care of after I complained. I'm very happy with the finished product, but can't help feeling that it shouldn't have been so difficult to get the project done.

Our experience was average. The representative from Donnelly recommended stucco repairs that were unnecessary for the front part of our house. The overall estimate was a bit on the high end. We have decided to make most of the repairs ourselves.

THE WORK IS CURRENTLY CRACKED AND A RESOLUTION IS IN PROGRESS. THE WORK WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH GUARANTEE, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL SPRING, I BUT HAVE CONTACTED THEM REGARDING RESOLUTION. I HAVEN'T ASKED THEM TO FIX THE CRACK YET.

"AFTER LOOKING AT THEIR PROBLEM, OUR ENGINEERS HAVE STATED THAT THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE STUCCO, BUT A MOVING FOUNDATION. IN THE LATE 1950'S, AN ADDITION WAS ADDED TO THE HOUSE. THE ADDITION IS NOT SITTING ON THE SAME FOUUNDATION AS THE HOUSE. LIKE A BOAT TIED TO A DOCK, THE HOUSE AND THE ADDITION MOVE SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER. UNTIL THAT ISSUE IS ADDRESSED THERE WILL BE STRESS ON THE WALLS WHERE THEY ARE JOINED."

DAVID DONNELLY CAME AS A SALESMAN FOR THIS COMPANY (HIS FATHER'S COMPANY). DAVID IS QUITE YOUNG, AND NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HE WAS CLEARLY NOT UP TO THIS SITUATION. AFTER CONSULTING WITH HIS FATHER BY PHONE, HE CAME BACK WITH A PRICE THAT WAS MUCH TOO HIGH FOR OUR TASTE. (WE GOT THE JOB DONE VERY SATISFACTORILY THE FOLLOWING WEEK BY SOMEONE ELSE.) THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE THE "HIGH-PRICED CHOICE". THEY HAVE AT LEAST ONE EMBASSY IN THEIR "SHOW-OFF" PICTURES. PERHAPS THEY'RE FINE FOR EMBASSIES, BUT NOT FOR US.

THEY GAVE IT A PERFECTLY CREAM COLOR. THEY DID FORGET TO RE ATTACH ONE OF THE DOWNSPOUTS. THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD COME BACK TO DO THAT WORK. THIS WASN'T A BIG DEAL FOR ME.

THE SCHEDULING WAS PERFECT AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF WORKING AROUND OUR OTHER PROJECTS. THE CLEAN UP WAS NOT GREAT AND THERE ARE A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS THAT SUGGEST THEY RUSHED THE JOB (WE''RE CALLING THEM BACK TO FIX THESE).
