Dan Wiebusch was the guy who came out and he was a pretty good guy. He got a better furnace for the same price. He got a ninety seven and a half stainless steel life time guarantee on the heat exchanger. There were 3 people who had come out to give me a bid and the DLW Comfort Solutions guy was one of them. They told us as to how many ducts had to be installed in the rooms. One guy wanted to put in more ducts. The first guy who came out didn't even bother getting back to me and didn't even give me a bid for his work. The other guy wanted to put in fewer ducts. So, I don't know if it was going to heat that room or not. Dan came out and did the ductwork installation in the basement. I have only got a 7 foot ceiling in the basement and so, he tucked the ductworks more so that it would go underneath the beam. It kept the ceiling clear and minimum so that we could finish it off and walk underneath. That's what I appreciate about him. He seemed really concerned that I was happy and he has still got a little bit to do, but the most part is done. I have to finish off the work in the basement. He installed the vents for the bathroom. He seemed pretty handy, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He did quality work and I would definitely recommend him to others.
