This company has very fair pricing compared to other companies. I like that they sent a human with ethics. Something you don't see very often with the larger more known companies. Also they got the job done leaving me with a piece of mind. Absolutely great service!!!

The discount word in their name means nothing. Do not get ripped off by their **we bid by the job and not by the hour**. The guy came to fix the pinhole leak on my property. The job was done in under 30 minutes and I would expect a service call charge and maybe $150/h charge, but guess what? I got a $485 invoice. I will be filing a BBB claim against them. There was a valve that I thought would need replacement and I got another quote of $485 for that. It could have been done in one go. Now, they will not get my business and I told the technician to go. The technician called the office and pretty much lied to them, saying that I was refusing to pay, whereas I just asked to talk to the office to justify a $485 charge for about half an hour worth of work. After finally talking to the main office, he reduced the price to $350. Still, it was too expensive. Too bad that my tenant signed the paperwork. Otherwise, I would not let them touch anything. The technician also continued repeating that **we are cheaper than others**. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST. By the way, the **coupon** they have on their site is not even a coupon. It is a waiver if you do the job they quoted to you.

They told me how much it would cost up front. Another company promoted low cost main drain cleaning but wouldn't estimate cost of unclogging drains in the house lines (toilet, kitchen, sinks, etc.) where most of the clogs are.

I was able to get same day service for a sewer back up. Mark explained what he could do, suggested I have another drain cleaned as well and scheduled a more advanced inspection as my sewer line is extremely long. This was all done with humor and putting up with visiting grandchild.
