Couldn’t ask for more. Responded to voicemail within a few hours. Appt set for 2 days later in window promised. Texted to notify of impending arrival. Repairman was pleasant and knowledgeable. Repaired the dryer in less than an hour. Cost was great - easily saved $700 to $1,100 on cost of repair over replacing. Reluctant to disclose cost so as to not create unrealistic expectations. Major repairs could cost more than I paid.

Great. He tried to repair the damage (not moving parts) without ordering new parts, and when that didn't work, he ordered the parts and found a way to do it cheaper than expected. Very fair and competent.

Naturally these things happen on weekends, right?  I called two other services last night but didn't get a call back from either one.  This morning I called Direct Home Appliance, John actually answered the phone (!), and was at my door within the hour.  At first he thought it was time to buy a new fridge, but he asked enough questions to determine that it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced and not what he had originally thought.  It was fixed in about a half hour and he also gave me lots of good tips about which brands were better than others.  I hope I don't need appliance repair again any time soon, but will definitely call this company again if I do.

We've used them a couple of times now. I love that they always answer their phone right away. If there is something they can guide you through over the phone, they'll help you. Thanks to that, we were able to reboot the disposal and when we turned it out, we saw there was a piece in the disposal. We weren't able to get that out, so they came out and got it all back and working. Both times we've used them they are very down to earth and very efficient in what they do. They also know their stuff. They're very respectful of your house. They're very prompt. We will definitely use them again.

When I called to schedule service, the phone representative was polite.  The service performed was diagnosed and performed in a timely manner.  The on site tech was very polite, a hard worker, and cleaned up the work area.  He also cleaned out as much lint as he could from the dryer vent line.  The service was excellent and at a fair price.  
I rated the organization a B for punctuality due to the tech running late from an earlier job.  My service was scheduled late in the day and he was going to miss the estimated window of service.  The tech called and although he was willing to come that evening, we agreed to have the service performed the next day.  
Otherwise, the service was excellent.  I would recommend this company to friends and family.  I would also use them again,

Dave from Direct Home Appliance Service arrived within the stated 2 hour time frame. He was courteous and clean. He repaired my oven quickly and even had the necessary part with him.
Direct Home Appliance's same-day service price was easily less than what the manufacturer would have charged - and the manufacturer couldn't come sooner than a week later (which would have left me with an oven-less Thanksgiving - turkey sushi, anyone?)
Anyway - when I really needed them, DHA was there and they did a great job for a reasonable price.

We were able to get a technician out to diagnose the problem and determine parts availability the same day we called (two days ago) - at no charge! We were able to get an appointment to do the installation the day after we called to OK the work. We appreciate the fast turnaround.

Jon was very neat and tidy in the work area, and he completed the work in about 3 hours, even though he told us it may take all day. Slight demerits for showing up at 10:00 today instead of 9:00 as expected, but a big plus for getting done at least two hours earlier than planned.

Our soft wood floor got a small dent when he pulled the fridge out, but that could have happened to anybody.

I'm happy with the work.

I called a few places to repair a dryer that wasn't working properly. Direct Home was able to fit me in right away. They repair man showed up on time, was courteous and provided a quick repair of the problem. He also gave a few suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Based on phone consult, thought it was the board in our fridge. The part was ordered, but in the end not needed. Replaced the blown fuses and charged only for service and parts provided.
