They were extremely well-priced. They were straightforward and answered our questions. We are really pleased with the installation. There was a bit of a scheduling problem, but it was resolved.

They responded to initial phone call very promptly. I had water damage right before Christmas. He was willing to juggle jobs to get my need met right away since it was repair from water damage. Installation was OK. The first guy that came out had an attitude but the owner resolved the issue by not sending him out again. The first guy did not clean up after himself but that isn't the owner's fault. I had to be present for the owner to come check the work, I had to be home 3 times instead of once. The price was excellent. He was very honest when telling me I didn't need as much carpet as others had told me I needed to purchase.

We had an excellent experience with Carpets Direct. Their showroom has a tremendous amount of choices. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment to see someone as they are sparsely staffed to keep their prices low. I got an estimate over the phone, took drawings and measurements to them, and they were able to install the following week. They were very knowledgeable and worked within our budget. Prices are competitive.

HE DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING. BRUCE IS VERY GOOD IN LETTING YOU KNOW WHEN THE WORK WILL BE DONE, AND IS VERY EASY TO CONTACT. WE HAD ONE LITTLE PROBLEM WITH A LEAK FROM THE TOILET, OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.
