Everything was extremely thorough and very well done. You can tell very quickly that through his experience, Jim has seen it all and is very knowledgeable about the inner-workings of any home. As someone who is upgrading homes, there were a lot of things and new appliances that I do not currently have in my home and Jim not only did a great inspection, but taught me how use and maintain these appliances as well as traps to avoid. I would fully and highly recommend him to anyone. His prices are fair, you get a very quality inspection and a lot of knowledge about your prospective new home.

Jim's inspection was even better than we'd hoped for - incredibly thorough; he went through the house from top to bottom, literally. His report was just as thorough, and he ran a recall check on all of the appliances. He suggested we arrive near the end of his inspection, and ran through the high points while we were able to see what he wanted to describe to us. He followed up his original report with some information on some old fire extinguishers we'd found in the basement. And he called back a couple of times to assure we were satisfied and had no additional questions. We certainly recommend him highly.

Service provided by the company was excellent. Jim Weidner was very thorough in checking all areas inside the house as well as outside and all appliances. His report of the inspection was in detail and had good pointers towards what needs to be repaired or replaced.
