John was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Pleasant experience, would recommend for jewelry appraisals, as well as for purchasing diamonds or other jewelry pieces. He said he took trade-ins of old diamonds if purchasing new ones.

Excellent service. I had an appointment. All 4 pieces of jewelry were appraised while I waited. Appraisals were mailed to me with a copy to the insurance agent. Service was professional and friendly. For one of the pieces of lesser value, Dana verified if I wanted to spend the money for the appraisal since the value of the piece was low enough it would be covered under a general homeowner policy. The appraisal arrived at my home in the timing promised.
