Todd came out promptly to give an estimate. When it was more than we could afford, we discussed varying ways to keep the cost down from our original project ideas. Something came up that made us postpone the project, and when we contacted Dane Cramer in the office, he was very nice about accommodating our change in circumstances. As soon as we were ready, they promptly scheduled the work with a sub-contractor, and it was completed in a very satisfactory manner. The job was sub-contracted to Alston Concrete & Masonry, and Chris Alston patiently answered all our questions while he was here performing the work. They did very little damage to our yard or to the neighbor's yard, and we have no complaints about how the job was handled. The work was completed as scheduled and as quoted.
