Glass and Mirror Service
The original glass was cracked. They provided a cost and time estimate. The window was completed 3 days prior to the estimated completion time. The work looked extremely professional. They advised me to wait about a week before painting the putty.

I shop here irrespective of price because of the service they provide. I purchased my combination windows from them. Whenever there was a problem they corrected them immediately. They go above and beyond. They are extremely knowledgeable and have multiple specialists in different areas. Once you shop there they will know you by name. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I came in with my measurements, which were slightly bigger than a standard piece of glass. The man that helped me said the standard piece would still fit if I wanted to save a couple of dollars. The price difference wasn't worth it to me though, so I had them cut it and it fit perfectly!

WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A SCREW FOR A LIGHT FIXTURE THAT WAS SHORTER THAN THE ONE THAT CAME WITH IT, THEY CUT MINE SHORTER FOR ME AND FILED IT DOWN. IT WAS GREAT SINCE THE THREADING WAS A HARD TYPE TO FIND. IT'S NICE TO BE ABLE TO BUY JUST ONE OR TWO SCREW/NAILS, ETC RATHER THAN BUY A WHOLE BAG LIKE AT THE BIGGER HOME IMPROVEMENT PLACES. THE HELP IS ALSO GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. I'M GLAD TO SEE THE STORE IS EXPANDING.
