Fantastic! Warren is very knowledge about what he does! He's so trustworthy and honest. He will tell you like it is and give you a fair quote for the work he does. I had so much difficulty finding a plumber that was knowledgeable about the heating system I have and he is definitely my guy for all plumbing jobs.

After this service call, I investigated the charges with competing companies in my area and found that I had been charged more than double the going rate for this service. I complained to the company who quickly accepted my request for a 50% refund of the charges. The total amount I ended up paying was $533.00, once the refund was credited to my account. I probably should have requested a greater refund, in that all the service was provided at one time and took a total of about one hour and twenty minutes. I was stunned that someone would come into my home and look me in the eye and charge me that much over the acceptable rate for service. I guess the "buyer beware" adage holds. I will never use this company again.

At midnite, I heard a sound in the basement found leaks in two different pipes. The main valve did not seem to close all the way, so I patched the holes with vicegrips and want to Angie's list to look up plumbers. Then in the morning, we called the first one on my list. The were there in half an hour and replaced two section of pipe and put in a new main valve. (which required someone from the city to turn off the water.)

I called late in the day to schedule an appointment. Warren was able to work around my schedule to have a serviceman come early the next morning. The serviceman arrived within 5 minutes of his scheduled time. He was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He was also able to fix a broken outside faucet even though I hadn't asked him to do this beforehand.

The came out within a few hours and fixed it promptly.
