Went poorly from day one. The initial bid was that the job would be completed in 2-3 weeks, the job actually took 4.5 months! He did not perform to what was stated in the contract in numerous areas. His punctuality was horrible..always giving us sob stories as to why he couldnt make it out for a whole week and such. After we pretty much kicked him out because we were tired of dealing with his BS, many things went wrong with his work within the first couple months. For example, most of the grout in our master bath was cracking, the heated floor he installed never worked after his installation, we had to fix a bunch of his drywall mistakes, and he never put support underneath the tub in out master bath! We were afraid it was going to break and after failed attempts of reaching this guy, we had to do the work ourselves! Never use this joker if you want your project done right, on time and on budget.

"When the customers buy every cheap product they can find on ebay and you keep on trying to fix it all and they don't want to pay any extra money to fix any thing. when all the faucets leaked and had to be removed the glass top got scratched and I purchased a new marble top at the cost of $600 out of my own pocket. that wasn't mentioned. Heated floor worked fine when installed. Just a cheep system. Tile work wasn't even part of the job. Did everything to keep them happy till it got out of hand. Some times you just have to walk away and eat a bad review. But if you research my company online. You will find nothing but perfect reviews about my work and customer sevice."
