 + -1 moreOn the day I scheduled, I called them up for a ETA and they said they had no record of any of my information. I spoke with the only person in the office, Tim, who told me I wasn't on their schedule. What is odd is that I had called 2 days ahead to find out approximately what time they'd pick up. The first person I spoke with couldn't find my contact info and had to transfer me to Tom. The delivery was given a was a 4 hour window of time. He said he needed confirmation that the someone needed to be there at the pick up. I was thinking they would call ahead and confirm, they had the contact info for the pick up. That didn't happen. Since I didn't confirm for them they canceled my delivery and somehow they have no record of it. I should have sensed that the first time I called for time estimate.
Description of Work: No work performed except dropping the ball. I scheduled a pick up and delivery of a furniture piece. Tom was my main contact. After giving them my contact info, the contact info for the place to pick up and my credit card number, I thought everything was in order for my delivery. I even had a price estimate ($68). I called on delivery day to find out the ETA, that's when they said we don't have any of my information and that they couldn't schedule me for a delivery that day, on the spot and that they couldn't help me. I had to scramble to find another place to deliver it during the busiest moving time of the year- back to school/end of month.... Labor Day weekend. The other place was half as much and delivered on their delivery.
