The fact that he performs work and care like it was his own house is why I go to him for projects. I would highly recommend Dave.

They come in every week. The rates depend on what they are doing but their hourly charges are $35. Sometimes they are here all day, sometimes two hours a day. They mow about two acres of grass and they get it done in an hour and I pay them $60 for two acres and that is amazing. It used take me two days and these guys finish it in two hours. They are very personable and they contact me a lot, they are on the phone with me. I work with the landscaper and she is just top notch. She basically helps me manage the property. I don't have to manage directly with the movers or the fertilizer guys because they take care of all that for me. They do a very nice job of maintaining at a reasonable price.

No matter what the job, Dave gives me an accurate bid, shows up on time, does very professional and quality work and cleans up after himself. I cannot imagine calling anyone but Dave when I need help!

Provider was called to estimate and provide repair (or installation of new if necessary) sliding vinyl glass patio door. Provider determined that existing door was not working because it was installed incorrectly. Provider estimated work hours to remove and re-install door correctly.

My door was not opening and closing smoothly. The door was not closing securely either. The base of the door seemed to not be level. The provider explained that it was likely installed wrong and that the vinyl had warped, but would not know for sure until the trim was off and the door was out. We operated under the assumption that it was installed incorrectly and had him proceed with the work. It turned out he was right.

The door was removed and re-installed in a matter of a few hours. The provider was meticulously neat and clean. When he left it looked as if no one had been there. The door now operates smoothly with no trouble.

I called and left a message on the provider's voice mail. It was the next days before he got back to me, but my friend had referred me to him so I was willing to wait. I'm happy with the work that was performed
