They are very responsive. They installed them while we were out of town. When he made an appointment he kept it. They did aver a very good job and were high quality. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was very pleasant. We thought they did a very nice job. Everything was clean. Everything looked great when they were done. They did a great job of avoiding breaking anything and we're pleased with the results. We used them partially because of their cost and partially because of their availability. We just liked the person we're working with. We thought that they're competent with what they're doing. They're able to do what we needed.

They did a wonderful job refinishing our floors. With a sanding and refinishing job there will always be some dust. However, we were very pleasantly surprised how very little dust we found following the job. The refinished floors look great. We were provided instruction how to care for the floor when the job was completed which should enable us to extend the time before they need to be refinished. We've used this company in the past to install and finish our kitchen floor and were very willing to have them refinish the floor. We'll use them again
