My objections to the quality of your work are as follows:
· On Tuesday, June 19, 2012 the lower level patio door and the screen door was left wide open.
· Paint brushes are being cleaned in the kitchen sink.
· I have found cigarette butts and packs on the floors of my house.
· I had my Dad at the home on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 7:30 am as requested on Thursday, June 14, 2012 by you in person and no one showed up until after 9:00 am.
· No workers showed up on Saturday, June 16, 2012 and that was not communicated to me until later in the evening. We had a conversation on June 15, 2012 and you indicated that you would be at the job site in the morning.
· No workers showed up on Sunday, June 17, 2012.
· The home was not properly protected prior to beginning the work as indicated in your pledge.
· Went into the personal belongings we moved into the garage and used a stepping stool, bucket and paint tray.
· Dumped paint water used for cleaning brushes on the deck and garden.
· Per the contract you ensured that two trained professionals would be on site to complete the job. The two workers were very young in age (Teenagers?) and appeared to be inexperienced.
Master Bedroom:
· Hardware was not removed prior to painting (switch plates, outlets, return air vents)
· Room was not protected prior to prep work and painting. As you stated in your pledge: Drop cloths, painter?s plastic, masking paper and tape will be applied to surface areas where protection from paint is required. For ex. (roof, windows, doors knobs, light fixtures, bushes, cars, concrete, stairways, etc.).
· Nails not removed from walls and repaired prior to priming.
· Wall repairs not completed (holes, damage, cracks and etc.) prior to priming.
Master Bathroom:
· Paint on the marble flooring.
· Paint on the mirror.
· Hardware was not removed prior to priming (switch plates, outlets, return air vents).
· Wall repairs not completed prior to priming.
· Holes in the ceiling were not repaired prior to painting.

· Ceiling paint showed lines
Upstairs Bedroom (Yellow):
· Paint on the fire detector.
· Paint on door hinges.
· No wall repairs completed (job is in progress).
