They were great! They called me a day ahead to say they would be out in a few days. Two men came out the next day. They buried the cable about 6 inches down running next to my foundation. I was concerned about my strawberry plants which grow next to the foundation--they carefully stepped around and among the plants and didn't hurt a single one! They secured the cable running down the house which the cable company's technician had left flapping in the breeze. After they were done, you could hardly tell where they had dug! They left very little impact. Very neat job. Polite too.
