About us

My tagline is "Offering relationship counseling for you and your technology since before 2008." My goal is to work with you to improve your relationship with your technology through tutoring, skill development, and optimizing your technology for you. Some technical details. Cyber Therapy is a one-person business. I bill by the hour for the first two hours, and am willing to bill by the half hour after that. I will invoice, and clients can pay by check or PayPal. My background: I was a public librarian for 11 years, and acted as a tech guru. I also spent a lot of my time teaching and training patrons and staff, helping people with resumes, and doing research. Melissa had problems accessing my computer. After numerous failed attempts she worked out a brilliant workaround using Zoom. I was prepared to reschedule, but she assured me that she wouldn't charge for the time it took to resolve the connection problem. She was true to her word, and I feel that I got my money's worth for the session. I would highly recommend Melissa, and I would hire her again. She is very knowledgeable and congenial.

Melissa Gray (proprietor of Cyber Therapy) has always been extremely helpful no matter what the problem. She is quick, thorough, methodical in her troubleshooting, and willing to explain very clearly (but NOT talking down to you) the problem and her solution(s), if you want the details. If not, she just goes about her work and fixes things, quickly. Perhaps her greatest asset (in addition to her awesome technical skills) is her ability to bring calm to frazzled nerves. If you are like me and find technology problems to be the most infuriating kind, she is definitely your best choice. Whenever I have called upon her for help, her very presence can drop my blood pressure by 20 points or more, before she even starts work. Whether you are a home user like me or a small business owner, you cannot go wrong choosing Cyber Therapy for solutions to your technical problems.

Melissa was great! She was very knowledgeable and very patient. She's an excellent teacher and knows her way around Cyber Space and technology that access it! She also told me about free opportunities I didn't know existed.
