I had an inspector come in to find out why my house was still so drafty after new windows and new doors. The inspector showed me that Steve had CUT OFF the bottom of the brand new windows to make them fit. Rather than getting the right size of window, he ruined brand new windows. Of course they do not fit and they are drafty; of course, the warranty will not be honored and I need to replace them all. cannot believe anyone would do something that destructive and charge good money for doing it. I am extremely disappointed in the deception and incompetence. Do not hire this guy-he does not care one bit about doing a good job and is completely unscrupulous. I have nothing good to say about this provider.
