When I asked for an estimate for a fairly simple cut-and-remove project, Jim responded in a reasonable time and was able to set up a convenient meeting time within 4 days. He arrived at scheduled time, appeared professional, and gave a $285 estimate for the work. His and two other companies from Craigslist business ads were all very close. I did not go with Mr. Dean, and in my "Dear John" call, he was pleasant and offered $35 off for cash payment... still not quite enough to swing the deal. He listed his company as one able to do multiple jobs, from curbing, irrigation services, lawn and tree maintenance, ponds/waterfalls, and snow-plowing. I'd be inclined to give him another chance to bid on one of our yard projects.
Description of Work: Estimate for removing 7 medium-sized trees and a brush pile of 2-3 cubic yards from wooded back yard-- $285.
