BEN DID A GREAT JOB FOR US. UNBELIEVABLY, HE CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WHEN WE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO HAVE OUR SEWER BACK UP A SECOND TIME, CAUSING ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. BRUCE WORKED WITH US & OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. I HOPE TO NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN, BUT IF WE EVER HAVE A REPEAT PROBLEM, THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE ONES TO CALL.
Description of Work: ASSESSED EXTENT OF WATER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SEWER BACKUP; CUT OUT DAMAGE FROM ''BLACK WATER;'' SANITIZED AREA; SET UP DEHUMIDIFIERS.
