Since my printer needed more immediate attention, I was pleased that they were able to schedule a time to come out the next day. The technician arrived as scheduled and knew immediately what part needed replacing. He had the part in his vehicle and replaced it. He also cleaned the printer. He cleaned two other printers in the office as well, and gave us an important tip on one of them that will probably help us avoid a costly repair in the future. He was very efficient and knowledgable.

Although they had written down the wrong model number and brought the wrong part, they had a "loaner" part in the truck and got us up and running. They came back the next day with the right part (no extra charge for the extra trip, of course) and had us permanently fixed within 10 minutes. Found out afterwards that many offices in my building also use them and like them.

I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to refer others to this company.

EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL & EXPLAINED THE PRICING. I CHOSE TO HAVE IN-HOME SERVICE SINCE I DEPEND ON THE PRINTER REGULARLY. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED WITHIN A DAY TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM SO HE COULD HAVE THE RIGHT PARTS AVAILABLE & CAME THE NEXT DAY AT THE ARRANGED TIME. HE TOOK THE TIME TO DISCUSS THE PRINTER WITH ME (REPLACEMENT COST TODAY WOULD BE $800-1200), WHICH I HAD BEEN THINKING OF REPLACING WITH A NEW, CHEAPER ONE OF LESS QUALITY, & REASSURED ME IT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED. COMPARED TO EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD HAULING EQUIPMENT IN TO ''BIG BOX'' REPAIR DESKS WHERE YOU NEVER TALK TO THE PERSON WHO DOES THE REPAIRS, IT TAKES FOREVER, AND OFTEN ISN'T RIGHT-- WELL, THERE REALLY ISN'T ANY COMPARISON! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

GARY IS THE REPAIR MAN THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. HE IS VERY CAPABLE AND STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK.
