Costco Concierge Service

I love when I purchase my tires from them because they put nitrogen in them also I can have them refreshed anytime.

They are very good.  They will connect with the company and if it’s not resolved, they will call them back and the problem usually does get resolved.  At times when you call companies by yourself, you don’t get much of a result.

When you call them, you will get someone in California, which we think is their central office. We?ve had the best experience from them in recent times. We bought a flat screen TV from Costco Concierge Service, several years ago. It started to give us problems. When we called the manufacturer, they told us that we were out of warranty. So, we called Costco Concierge Service. Not only did they back it up with extended warranty, but they also called the TV repair service company. They even paid for the repair. They called us to ask if the TV repair service people had picked up the TV. Later, they called us to inform us that it was repaired and everything was okay. They really followed up on things. We were absolutely thrilled and amazed. We have never had an experience like this before. We have resolved to buy electronic products only from Costco Concierge Service. We?ll definitely use them again. The only delay we faced was when the delivery truck of the TV repair team had broken down and we had to go pick the TV up.
